Responsibilities and Roles

International Sales Management – Oversee and manage international sales operations, focusing on identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer base.

Market Expansion – Lead new business development initiatives, including market research, prospecting, and acquisition of new clients in key international markets, particularly within the GCC region.

Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve revenue targets, optimize team performance, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that customer service standards are met or exceeded, maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

Travel and Client Interaction: Frequent travel to international markets to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and build relationships in key regions.

Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and campaigns tailored to international markets. Drive the execution of these strategies to ensure sales targets are achieved.

Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Provide insights to the senior management team for strategic decision-making.
