Incharge - Gravure

Responsible for taking & checking of planning which is given by PPC department and take corrective action as per planning.

Responsible for manpower allocation as per machine and if required more manpower then coordinate with HR.

Responsible for handling Manpower planning and managing shift wise rotation of manpower and manage with existing or less manpower at times.

Responsible for checking and verify attendance of all employees of gravure department in attendance register (ATTENDENCE REGISTER - GRAVURE).

Responsible for checking of log sheet(LOG SHEET - PRODUCTION DATA & QC PARAMETERS - WORK ORDER WISE - GRAVURE PRINTING PROCESS) in which check all data filled properly or not.

Responsible for checking machine wise planning which is write up on production planning slate by gravure supervisor.

Responsible for checking stock of raw material such as BOPP, INK, solvent, adhesive and reporting to manager.

Responsible for taking daily morning meeting with gravure supervisor for production planning and other details and checking of daily wastage report.

Responsible for new worker interview and selection of those workers with HR.

Responsible for checking and verifying of production entry in SAP which has done by supervisor.

Responsible for maintenance related work communication with maintenance manager or in charge and also preventive maintenance planning of machineries.

Responsible for solving technical problem short out while machine is running.

Responsible for matching of shade on line and off line.

Responsible for shade and text matter related problem discuss with graphics department and G.M. – Production.

Responsible for printing job shade approvals and create requirement in SAP by using T-Code – MB21.

Responsible for matching of cylinder proof with SAP & Text Matter.

Responsible for solving problem in printing, lamination, De-metalize, Rewinding & slitting machine.

Responsible for maintain record of worker leave and adjust their leaves.

Responsible for removing scrape such as empty ink tin, white con, corrugated scrape, scrape core etc. coordinate with store and other department.

Responsible for discussing of problem related to rubber role with maintenance and other department.

Responsible for explaining process of gravure to visitors and customers.

Responsible for cylinder repairing details and follow ups with cylinder supervisor and G.M.

Responsible for ensuring housekeeping of Bopp store, printing area and other machine surrounding area.

Responsible for giving follow ups to the night shift supervisor for production and whole shift maintenance issues.

Responsible for compliance of the Product Safety team as per HARA system requirements.

Responsible for periodical review of the HARA system

Responsible for the maintenance of the proper sanitation & hygiene condition in the plant & personnel

Responsible for production staff on quality / Product safety problem and quality / Product safety awareness.

Verify records ensuring adherence to HARA and its implementation, verification, auditing and reporting to the team leader.

Implements hygienic control to the plant, checks for hygienic conditions and sanitary activities ensures that all Product contact surfaces are clean, the drains are clean and water storage tanks are cleaned as per schedule.
