We split our employees under various divisions as per their qualification and experience. All the divisions work in close coordination with each other to achieve the desired goals and to ensure smooth and fast functioning. Moreover, we also conduct time to time training sessions to improve their skills.

Knack firmly believes in developing with our each and every employee, and hence we treat them like family. Mr. Alpesh Patel

Chairman & Managing Director

Alpesh Tulsibhai Patel aged 48 years is one of the Promoters and the Chairman & Managing Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor's degree in commerce from Gujarat University and completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Nirma University. He has over 32 years of experience in the dynamic world of marketing.

He has been the visionary force behind Knack's significant growth and strategic positioning in the marketplace. He is Chairman of the Indian Institute of Packaging – Gujarat, President of Poly Woven Association – Gujarat,

Committee Member of AIFTMA (All India FIBC Manufacturing Association), Member of All India BOPP Bag Manufacturers Association, Member’s Representative at Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He is also an active participant in Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS): Textile Industry. One of the defining aspects of Mr. Patel’s leadership is his commitment to collaboration.

His ability to manage customer relationships and brand loyalty has been key to retaining clients and expanding Knack’s customer base. He is a leader who never settles for less than 100%. His association as Director since March 4, 2013 and innovative mindset have been the key factors behind the company’s successful brand development and market expansion.

Mr. Rashmin Patel

Whole-Time Director

Rashminbhai Tulsibhai Patel aged 45 years is one of the Whole time Director of our Company. He is Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat University (2002). Early in his career, he enhanced his technical skills by completing a specialized certification in CNC Technology (Turning & Milling) from the prestigious Indo German Tool Room in Ahmedabad in 2001.

This training gave him in-depth expertise in machining processes, which has proven to be invaluable as he guided the company through various stages of growth and technical advancement.

Additionally, Mr. Patel pursued courses at C-DAC (Centre for Development of Advanced Computing) in 2002. He also completed a course in Mechanical Drafting and Estimating, he also holds certificates in Visual Basic and Office Automation. He has over 28 years of experience in the Production & Manufacturing Sector.

His solid foundation in engineering principles has enabled him to approach challenges with a technical mindset and devise innovative solutions that contribute to Knack’s competitive edge. His leadership style as director of the Company’s is deeply rooted in a combination of technical excellence and strategic foresight Since March 4, 2013.

Mr. Pravin Patel

Whole-Time Director

Pravin Kumar Ambalal Patel aged 60 years is one of the Promoters and the Whole time Director of our Company. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University (1986).

He has years of knowledge and impressive experience working in financial functions, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation processes, refining his expertise in corporate planning, financial analysis, shaping the company’s financial strategies, overseeing risk management, and ensuring organization’s sustainable growth and profitability.

He has over 32 years of experience in the financial sector, merger and acquisition strategies, capital raising, and investment evaluation.His approach to financial risk management is balanced, ensuring that the company can seize growth opportunities while safeguarding against potential downturns.He has been associated with our Company as a Director since March 4, 2013 and known for his strategic vision and ability to anticipate market shifts. Under his guidance, Knack has been able to improve its capital efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability by implementing effective cost controls and focusing on strategic investments that align with the company is overarching goals. His leadership in finance has been a driving force behind Knack Manufacturing’s continued success.

Mr. Rajnish Magan

Non-Executive Independent Director

Rajnish Magan is an Independent Director on our Board. He has been associated with our Company as a Director since 18th July 2025. He has over 35years of experience in Consulting, Infrastructure & Manufacturing sectors.

Rajnish Magan is also Independent Director on board of MetalMan Auto Limited and Chairperson NRC Committee and Member Audit & Risk committee of the board. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Amity Business School, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

He is a Fellow member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK , Fellow of Chartered Global Management Accountant ( AICPA) and is a Fellow member of CPA Australia wherein he is designated both as CPA and fellow certified public accountant (FCPA). He has completed a strategic leadership programme in strategy and finance acumen conducted by Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He was previously associated with Beumer India Private Limited as chief financial officer, Siemens Limited as General Manager – Business Administration, Angelique International Limited as General manager (Commercial) and RITES Limited as manager (Finance & accounts). He also acted as a Finance/Contract expert as General consultant to the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited.

He was awarded the “Great Indian Finance Leader” award by Tranformance Forum and a s the chief financial officer of Beumer India Private Limited, he was recognised as one of “India’s 5 Most Visionary CFOs to Watch in 2021” by Insights success in 2021, the “Risk Management Icon – CFO Power List” award by Centre of Recognition and Excellence in 2020 and the “CFO Excellence in Consistency in Liquidity Management” award by National Awards for Excellence in CFO in 2020."

Non-Executive Independent Director

Deepti Sharma aged 57 years is an Non-Executive and Independent Director of our Company. She holds a degree of Bachelor of Science from University of Ajmer, Post Graduate Degree in Management from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur.

She completed Certificate course in “ Private Equity and Capital Market Financing “ from IIM Bangalore. Her expertise includes Project management Financial management Risk Management Implementing policies for Cost control, Merger and Acquisitions,

Capital market activities including IPO, FEMA compliances, Cross border transactions, ESG, Corporate Governance. She is Partner, Finncare India Consulting LLP, Proprietor of Consultancy Firm – FINNCARE. She is an Independent Director at UGVCL ( Government of Gujarat Company), Panasonic Energy India Limited, Axtel Industries Limited, Patel Infrastructure Limited, Advance Sys-tek Private Limited, Bundy India Limited, Banco Aluminium Private Limited. She also served as director on board of: Dholera Industrial City Development Limited, Conart Engineers Limited, HCP Plastene Bulkpack Limited, IOT Anwesha Engineering Construction Company Limited as Independent Director.

She Contributed to governance and control mechanism. Value addition in field of risk management and MIS systems and was Member Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, CSR committee at various Companies.she also served as Senior Manager (Corporate Strategy and Planning ) at Incorporated Engineers Ltd. Assistant Manager with Nuline Glassware ( I ) Limited.she is associated with M.S.University, Vadodara as External Faculty for B.B.A and P.G.D.B.M. since 1998, also as Examination Panelist with M.S.University, for Management Studies, Post Graduate Department Vadodara,she is Member, Board of studies , Post graduate courses, M S University.Visiting faculty at PDPU, Management Department, Gandhinagar. Visiting faculty at BJVM college, Vidyanagar for Graduate, Post Graduate and M Phil courses. Deepti Sharma is Member Jury, Federation of Gujarat Industries various MSME awards. She has been associated with our Company as a Director since 18th July, 2025.

Mr. Vittaladevini S Balaji

Non-Executive Independent Director

Vittaldevinni S. Balaji (68 years) has been serving as an Independent Director on our Board since 18th July 2025. He is also the Chairperson of the NRC and Stakeholders Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, CSR Committee, and Risk Management Committee of our company. A postgraduate from the 1979 batch, Mr. Balaji brings over 46 years of rich experience, with 23 years in the flexible films segment and 23 years in print and flexible packaging. A seasoned professional, coach, and trainer of young talent, he is widely regarded as an authority in the flexible packaging and films industry.

At Knack Packaging, we look forward to leveraging his extensive technical, administrative, managerial, and leadership expertise. Over the course of his career, Mr. Balaji has played a pivotal role in the turnaround of Gujarat Propack Ltd. and Positive Packaging Pvt. Ltd. He is currently associated with Rajshree Polypack Ltd., serving as a consultant in the capacity of President and as a mentor to the Managing Director since 2019.

A graduate in Chemistry and a Postgraduate in Applied Chemistry, he is also certified in Production Management from NITIE and has twice attended Leadership in Management courses from LMI Global.

Mr. Balaji began his career in 1979 as a chemist with MM Wrap, India’s first biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) plant, where he worked for seven years until 1986. He then moved to Gujarat Ltd., where he served as Production Manager of the company’s metallizing plant.In 1986, he joined Gujarat Propack Ltd., another BOPP plant, as Product Development and Application Manager and served the company until 2001, eventually rising to the position of Executive Vice President. Along with his team, he played a pivotal role in turning around the then loss-making Gujarat Propack Ltd. by commissioning India’s first five-layer BOPP plant in 1999. With an investment of just ₹2 crore, the company transitioned from losses to profitability by offering differentiated films to the Indian BOPP industry, enabling it to successfully compete with international brands such as Mobil and AET in both domestic and global markets.Recognizing the significant value created, Gujarat Propack Ltd. was subsequently acquired by Cosmo Films, another prominent player in the BOPP industry. During this transition, Mr. Balaji was entrusted with managing and administering the smooth integration of operations and served as Vice President of Sales for one year.

In 2005, he joined Positive Packaging Pvt. Ltd. as Head of R&D, taking on a new challenge. He was part of a team that delivered substantial value to the company by strengthening customer development and positioning Positive Packaging as the preferred development partner for flexible packaging solutions. Along with his team, he revolutionized and streamlined production activities, contributing to significant growth that attracted major buyers. He later served as Senior Vice President – Operations, including R&D, when the company was acquired by the global packaging giant Huhtamaki, which had earlier taken over Paper Products Ltd.Recognizing his technical and administrative expertise, Mr. Balaji was appointed Senior Vice President – Manufacturing and Technology by Shri Suresh Gupta, then Chairperson of Huhtamaki and a pioneer of the flexible packaging industry in India. At Huhtamaki, he successfully managed and guided eight flexible manufacturing plants across India, fostering collaboration and alignment between sales and operations teams. After retiring at the age of 62, he was retained by Huhtamaki for an additional year as an exclusive consultant and advisor to the Managing Director, where he contributed to shaping key strategic decisions for the company.

He then transitioned into a freelance career as a professional mentor and coach, guiding individuals in technical, managerial, and leadership roles across both sales and manufacturing operations — a practice he continues to pursue.

Currently, he serves as President and Chief Mentor to the Managing Director of Raajshree Polypack Ltd. (RPPL), a ₹300 crore listed leader in the rigid packaging industry. Under his mentorship, he and the MD have successfully developed a clear vision and mission for the company, established strategic roadmaps, and implemented meticulous review processes. These efforts are now bearing fruit, reflecting years of focused planning and execution.

Known for his deep technical expertise, Mr. Balaji has mentored select organizations, including the specialty division of Supreme Industries, Mandaini Foils - a leading VAD manufacturer in South India - and 3B Films, a recently listed leader in cast polypropylene films.

Beyond corporate mentoring, he provides personalized coaching to professionals seeking to enhance their knowledge of flexible packaging and advance their careers. He regularly conducts interactive technical training sessions, using a highly engaging, hands-on approach that ensures participants gain practical and actionable insights.He is also in the process of authoring a book on flexible packaging, simplifying complex concepts in barrier technology to make them easily understandable and practically useful for industry professionals. Passionate about environmental sustainability, he is actively exploring innovative, nature-friendly solutions and collaborating with NGOs and corporate bodies to drive initiatives that benefit both industry and society for the future.
